Is there a cost to attend the event?

ConnexPay will cover the conference costs, including a two-night hotel stay (February 17 and February 18) at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, all food and beverages, conference materials, and sponsored activities. You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to and from the conference.

Can I bring a guest or spouse?

The conference is designed for invited attendees only. If you would like to bring a guest, please contact us at events@connexpay.com to discuss options and any additional costs.

How do I book a room at the Fairmont?

Once you have registered, there is no further action needed to book your hotel. ConnexPay has a block of rooms reserved at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, and your room will be added and managed by the ConnexPay team. However, if you'd like to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly.

What airport should I fly into?

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately 30 minutes from the Fairmont Grand Del Mar. We recommend arranging ground transportation to the resort.

What's the dress code?

For activities such as bocce or hiking, we suggest wearing closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Appropriate golf attire, including a collared shirt, is required for the golfing activity.

For conference sessions and hosted meals, the dress code is business casual.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
